[KBibTeX] Release postponed

Hello,

please postpone building and releasing packages for KBibTeX 0.1.3. I was 
just pointed to a showstopping bug, which I will fix as soon as 
possible.
The bugfix will not cause a higher version number (fixed version will be 
still called 0.1.3), as the current release is not yet public...
