[vpnc-devel] vpnc guide for gentoo

Hello All, 

I have been writing a howto for using vpnc.  It is currently under
review for inclusion as an official gentoo doc.  I would appreciate it
if gentoo users on this list, or anyone else interested, would look it over.

I'm certain it has errors, grevious ommisions, and confusing parts.  Any
suggestions, additions ... etc would be appreciated. 

It only covers 0.3.2, because 0.3.3 has not yet made it into portage.
