Ted,
could you please check the driver version of the TAP interface?
On my Win32 system (Windows XP) I get:
Driver Provider: TAP-Win32 Provider
Driver Date: 9/13/2006
Driver Version: 8.0.0.4
Digital Signer: Not digitally signed
Then, in driver details:
File version: 2.1_beta15a 8/4 built by: WinDDK
I think this driver comes with OpenVPN 2.0.9 and works fine for me
with the latest svn version.
