[vpnc-devel] cisco vpn with certificate authentication

Hello, I'm trying to connect to a cisco vpn that needs a specific
configuration:

Authentication: "Certificate authentication"
Transport: Transport tunneling, udp
Ip of the server, username and password provided.

Can it be done con vpnc? Does I need to install some additional
software? Do I need to download a svn version?
